He comes back home with the lamp, and rubs it one day which unleashes a female genie name Abuki. Who grants Kazuki any wishes anytime, and Abuki also learns to be part of the human society. At the same time, she helps Kazuki on falling in love with his girlfriend Yuka Mizuhara, despite Abuki not having the ability to grand a wish for the two to fall in love with each other.

At the end of the series, Kazuki grants Abuki's wish to become human, where she can now live with him as his second and older sister.

  • The anime stays true to the Arabian novels on the genie giving out unlimited wishes instead of the common use of only 3 wishes.
  • Since Yusuke Yamamoto is the director of the anime, the animation heavily uses similar designs from "Yamada's First Time: B Gata H Kei", with Abuki resembling Yamada.
