Attack of the Evil Spirits is a dark action anime series by made by Kyoto Animation, and aired on TBS in Japan. The series revolves on a female high school student name Zura Koushi, and her teacher Mr. Takahata who go against evil spirits that are threatening human society.
Plot[]
A female student name Zura Koushi enters in an all girl high school where she gets introduced to her class run by a young male teacher name Mr. Takahata. The girls had a crush on their teacher, but Zura was hesitant of him on his cool look, although she notices how intelligent he is at teaching. But one day when Zura was walking back home at dusk, evil spirits attack her, and Mr. Takahata comes in to save her and stop the spirits. Throughout the series, the two have a good relationship with each other, and they become a lot more serious on fighting again the forces of evil spirits.
Now it's up to the two to stop the evil spirits from invading and threatening human society, and from killing Zura.

Zura Koushi

A female student who is a bit shy, but is also pushy on her friends making fun of her on falling in love with her own teacher which is false. But she's very scared of the evil spirits that are after her for death.
Mr. Takahata
Voiced by: Yūko Gotō (Japanese); Stephanie Sheh (English)
A young teacher of Zura's class who is very intelligent. He gets aware of Zura's reaction to him, and abuses her for acting strange, or for crashing into him while bathing.
Trivia[]
- As it was created by Tatsuya Ishihara's staff that made the 2006 Kanon, the anime shares similar character designs from Kanon. One example is the main character Zura Koushi, who resembles Makoto Sawatari.
- Mr. Takahata has a striking resemblance of Itsuki Koizumi from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya on his hair design.
