Finella Wood is one of the main protagonists of Global Mew Mew. She is infused with the DNA of a red squirrel and her Mew form is Mew Chokeberry.

Finella is quite the eccentric individual, both creative and flamboyant. She doesn't get scared easily, and will take on tasks that seem far past her capabilities. This kind of gamble makes her fail a lot, but when she succeeds, she does very well. In any situation, she is always the one made of action rather than words. Others constantly warn Finella to be careful of where she goes, but she is a fire starter, and always will be. This makes her incapable of performing average jobs or tasks, but she's better at making the big picture and showing the world who she is.

Finella's DNA is infused with a red squirrel. As Mew Chokeberry, she possesses superhuman strength. That strength extends to her legs, allowing her to leap very high. She can climb and scale walls with ease and has night vision to see exceptionally well in the dark. Her peripheral vision is as sharp and clear as her direct gaze and she can heal at an accelerated rate.
