Gary (voiced by Jason Marsden) is a minor villain of the 2001 animated television series The Fairly Odd Parents, who made his first debut in Imaginary Gary and also one of the three secondary villains of the 2010 animated horror film Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Demonic Possession. He is Timmy Turner's former imaginary friend until Cosmo (Daran Norris) and Wanda (Susan Blakeslee) brought him back to life.

Biography[]

In 2000, Gary, while passing through Monterrey Park with fellow female bikers named Portia Gibbons (Grey DeLisle) and Gwendolyn Wu (Jessica DiCicco), stops at a convenience store, where he and his friends start harassing two customers Alvin (Justin Long) and Simon (Matthew Gray Gubler). Grabbing Alvin with Portia, Gary holds him, while Gwendolyn taunts Simon, making him ask for Alvin's earlier thrown red wallet and call her "Gwen". When Gwendolyn eventually does give Simon the red wallet, both Gary and Portia let Alvin go.

Shortly after having their motorcycles damaged by Alvin as revenge for troubling him and Simon, Gary and his two female companions follow the two chipmunks to the suburbs of Riverside, where Gary keeping a lookout signals for his friends to come out of hiding when the coast is clear. Along with Portia, Gary begins siphoning gas from April O'Neil's red Mazda sedan, planning on using the fuel to set fire to the haunted house. When Portia fills up a canister of gas, Gary grabs it and heads to the haunted house, where he finds Gwendolyn, who had earlier wandered off, happily swinging from a suspended rope and rake on the third floor of the old house for fun. Demanding Gwendolyn to come down this instant and help him, Gary fails to notice Donald Walls (posing as Theodore Seville), grab her by the hair, take her inside to the attic, and kill her in cold blood. Going into the haunted house to look for Gwendolyn, Gary climbs up onto the third floor and goes to the attic, where he finds Gwendolyn dead, having been pinned to an attic rafter by the throat with a sharp pitchfork.

Staring in horror at Gwendolyn's corpse, Gary is ultimately attacked by Theodore/Donald, who stabs him to death by the stomach with another sharp pitchfork. After killing Gary in cold blood, Theodore/Donald rolls his corpse like a sushi onto the bottom floor of the old house and later hangs him upside-down from a dead tree as. Gary's corpse, still hanging upside-down from the dead tree, is later found and eventually taken away by the paramedics. In the deleted scene, Thunder Lane (Trevor Devall) found his bloody corpse tied to a chair in Sugar Cube Corner.
