Genome Embryo

Genome Embryo is an anime series with 22 episodes. It is an spin-off of "Problem Children Are Coming From Another World, Aren't they?". The Opening Theme "lost dimension" will be sung by FripSide. The Ending Theme "Roki" will be sung by Mafumafu and Soraru.

Story

The Story takes place in the Last Embryo timeline and follows Yoh Kasukabe as she gets summoned with Kudou Asuka from their Era by Kuro-Usagi via letter to the Little Garden. Deciding to help her, they partcipate in various Gift Games while they get stronger and make new allies.

Yoh Kasukabe

The main protagonist of the series. She is from an unnamed year from the future. She gets summoned by Kuro-Usagi with Asuka, who she becomes best friends with. Her Gift is "Genome Tree - No Former", which later fully develops to "Divine Genome Tree - No Former"

Asuka Kudou

Voiced by: Sarah Emi Bridcutt (Japanese), Nancy Novotny (English)

A young rich lady from an era after WWII. Gets summoned along with Yoh Kasukabe to the Little Garden. Her Gift is "Authority", which later fully develops to "Absolute Authority - Evil Eye".

Black Rabbit (Kuro-Usagi)

Voiced by: Iori Nomizu (Japanese), Jessica Calvello (English)

A rabbit-eared girl and resident of Little Garden and is the one who summoned Yoh and Asuka. Her blue hair turns pink when using her power.

Episodes

Episode 1: Welcome to the Little Garden!

Having chosen to leave everything behind, human teenagers Yoh Kasukabe and Asuka Kudou are transported to the alternate reality "The Little Garden", where they meet Black Rabbit, the one who summoned them. Black Rabbit explains them about the "Gift Games" and "The Little Garden" and also the "No Name" Community and its status and situation. Yoh was then requested to become the leader of "No Name" much to her surprise, because the previous leader resigned. She accepted it when Asuka recommended it, being concerned about it. When Yoh, Asuka and Kuro-Usagi arrived at rural village in the East, they were walking around and later sat on a restaurant ordering drinks, amazed by the what the Little Garden offers. After that they hear a scream and rush to the source. Turns out that a female cat human named Sharol, a member of "No Name", was being bullied by a perverted man. Infuriated of that behaviour, Yoh knocks him out and Asuka comforts the poor cat girl. Later they are led to the "No Name" Community, where they meet its members including Sharol.

• The original Mondaji-tachi characters have different roles and are at the age in the Last Embryo timeline.
• Yoh and Asuka are stronger in the spin-off
• Only the Flag and Banner of No Name get stolen in the spin-off
• Evil Eye and Absolute Authority are the same Gift.
• Vinama Garuda Armor will not damage Yoh in the spin-off
• Divine Genome Tree and Absolute Authority - Evil Eye are fully developed forms of Yoh and Asuka's Gift
