Juuou Mujin no Fafnir White Paradox is an spin-off anime series with 12 episodes. It takes place in an alternative timeline and follows Iris Freyja as the main protagonist. When supernatural creatures known as "Dragons" attacked 25 years ago, young girls who are known as D due to having Dragon powers came into existence. That's where the D named Iris Freyja was transferred to Midgard where she meets her childhood friend Mitsuki Mononobe. Now Iris must forge relationship with the other girls, to battle the dragons and find out the truth behind their disappearance and reappearance. The Opening Theme "Flying Fafnir -White Paradox ver.-" will be sung by TrustRick with Fripside. The Ending Theme "D ZeRo" will be sung by Maon Kurosaki

She is similiar to her original counterpart, except she has superhuman reflexes and senses, has an genius-level intelligence and is calm and collected. Her fictional Armament is a staff called Caduceus, but can also use a gun too. She was also the one who saved Miyako from becoming an Dragon. She reveals that she can kill an True Dragon with ease due to her strength.

The childhood friend of Iris Frejya and leader of the Dragon Subjugation Squad. Her fictional armament is a bow named Brionac. She sees Iris somekind as a sister. She was dumbstruck to hear that Iris was the one who saved Miyako. Like Iris, she can also kill an True Dragon with ease.

Episode 1: An new meeting[]
It starts with the story about the Dragon, their attack from 25 years ago and the existence of young girls who possess powers of a Dragon named D. Before that, Iris saved Miyako from becoming an Dragon. At present day, Iris Freyja gets transferred to Midgard Academy and encounters her childhood friend Mitsuki Mononobe. When the two have an conversation, Iris is approached by Mitsuki's classmate Miyako Shinomiya and gets informed that she will be a student henchforth. The next day, Iris is placed in the Brynhildr class, where she demonstrates her power as a D to the curious girls. While watching an practise drill alongside Miyako's older sister, Haruka Shinomiya, Iris is informed that Dragons seek Ds as their mates and that a Ds dragon mark changes colors when she is targeted by an Dragon, turning into the same kind of Dragon upon contact. Following seeing Mitsuki worried, Iris has an chat with her, where she explains Iris her reason for fighting against dragons. However, their discussion is interupted by emergency alert sounds, announcing the approach of Blue 'Hekatonkheir'. Mitsuki's dragon mark changes its color.
