 Anime Prime Heroes

Kaitlyn Kitsune is one of the main protagonists in Prime Heroes. She is also a member of the fictional VTuber agency Funky Neon Factory.

Kaitlyn is precocious, brave, kind, intelligent, resourceful, and curious. She isn't very emotional and maintains a calm demeanor. She is incredibly talented and takes immense pride in her numerous "mad skills". Even though a remarkable genius, Kaitlyn's lack of common sense is her common flaw. Before joining Funky Neon Factory, she was an avid retro gamer with her own intelligence to conceal her loneliness. Though very earnest towards making new friends, her naivety for approaching strangers can often land her in trouble. Kaitlyn is also very patient and progressive, particularly when putting up with her friends' antics.

  • Play It Cool

  • "Hello, my name is Kaitlyn, and I'm a Canadian kitsune."
  • "Gee whiskers." (her catchphrase)
  • "How interesting."
  • "Of course!"
  • "Let me explain."
  • "Really? Are you sure?"
  • "I've heard a lot about how you think a typical Canadian would speak like, but please, don't expect me to say 'eh' at the end of every sentence or refer to the letter 'z' as 'zed'."
  • "As you can see, I only have three tails. That's because the remaining six haven't been developed yet. But I'll get them when I'm older. Hopefully."
  • "Like prairies in the United States, the prairies in Canada have wheat. Lots of wheat. Barns in flat fields of wheat. Grain elevators in fields of wheat. Also some trees and lakes, and quirky small towns. And then more wheat."
  • "Canadian technology is always behind American tech. Except of course, Canadarm, ATI, Corel Wordperfect, the telephone and Alexander Graham Bell himself, the Blackberry, the Learjet, IMAX theaters, Toon Boom, wheelchair accessible buses, electric wheelchairs, snowmobiles, snowblowers, egg cartons, gas masks, and Arrow. In fact, if it wasn't for the Americans, we'd have no culture at all. Canadians feel so dominated by US TV, films and music that the Canadian government funds the production and broadcasting of Canadian content."
  • "Not all Canadians are polite and well-mannered. There are always some exceptions, especially the Canada geese. They may look majestic, but are basically just flying, pooping, miniature velociraptors."
  • "There are many famous coffee shops in the world. While Americans might have Starbucks and Dunkin' Donuts, we Canadians have Tim Horton's. Their donuts are the best."
  • "I often get rather concerned when I see children who are twelve or under with social media accounts on sites like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. It makes me wonder where the heck their parents are, or if they even care about their children's wellbeing."
  • "You might think that, since I'm from Canada, I might be fluent in French. Sadly, I am not. Quebec is the official French-speaking province of Canada, and I'm from Ontario. Although there might be some French speakers in Ontario, I barely understand one word of it. I especially have trouble understanding Miss Lunette and her cat whenever they speak it."
  • "A lot of Canadians are crazy about ice hockey. But I don't think I'll ever try it myself because it looks kind of dangerous. I don't want to risk getting whacked on the head with a stick or losing any teeth to a puck. I would rather keep all my teeth, thank you very much."
  • "I believe boys and girls can be equally strong and good at sports."
  • "How uncouth."
  • "You betcha!"
  • "Gee whiskers, who even raised these kids?"
  • "To be honest, I don't know what is going on."
  • "Oh goodness."
