Madoka Sasano (Japanese: 佐々野 まどか) is a young civil servant working with Hidetaka Shimazu. She was promoted to a formal secretary by Hidetaka's recommendation. after graduating from high school.

Madoka is a slim young woman with a fair-colored skin and amber eyes and brown hair. Her hair is tied in ponytail style. She commonly wears her business suit which normally 18-year-olds would wear it during job interviews and other professions.

Madoka Sasano is a serious and hardworking 18-year-old civil servant. She has close contacts with Mori Yuka and Hidetaka Shimazu.
As she reaches her adulthood, she often gets drunk with her co-workers in work.
Despite being serious, she is a kind woman especially to her childhood friend Mori.
