Spontaneous by habit and everlastingly playful, she very much enjoys making people laugh, although she attempts to mask it and act mature. It's been shown on multiple occasions that she loves children, and always feels a need to help them.
She has a "lovely" foul mouth when she is startled or scared.
Despite her spontaneity, Mi-Hyun is very calculating when she practices self-control, as her interaction with adult conversations and issues from a young age often help her make a good decision.
