Pop'n Quest: The Rabbit, The Cat and The Boy's Journey is an upcoming japanese action adventure comedy musical full-length film related to Pop'n Tunes based on the adventure of the arcade game Pop'n Music: Usagi to Neko to Shounen no Yume produced by STUDIO BUBBLE under "Be-Toon Projects" label and distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures Japan, released in March 9, 2019.
It is another anime movie to be presented in CinemaScope 2:35:1 ratio; as in-name only "Pop'n Scope", since the previous film Pop'n Quest: The Search for Pop'n Crystal.
Plot[]
The story takes place in the recap of the adventurous events of Pop'n Music: Usagi to Neko to Shounen no Yume. In the beginning Navi-kun has built and Mimi and Nyami owns him. Mimi and Nyami embarks on the journey with Navi-kun seeking new friends.
Development[]
The film began the development of the film on October 8 2018 after Season 4 of Pop'n Tunes has ended. It was supposed to capture the Lapistoria inspired anime art style based on the arcade game, but to appeal all Pop'n fans thinking it recognize the art style of the Pop'n series, They use the cartoony iconic in-game art style that is familar with Pop'n Tunes. However, the anime art style would be shown in Navi's Journey Diary in the ending credits sequence.
